在2023年4月1日至2023年6月30日期间，入住玩具总动员酒店的宾客将会享有“特选商品酒店专享购买权益”。
Between April 1, 2023 and June 30, 2023, Toy Story Hotel guests may enjoy the “Special Merchandise Hotel Guest Exclusive Purchase Chance”.

玩具总动员酒店的宾客可于办理入住后凭办理入住时登记的身份证件在大熊百货的运营时间内前往店铺购买特选商品。现场演职人员会对宾客的身份证件进行核验。同天入店购买的宾客将享有平等的购买机会，入店的时间顺序不会影响可购买到的商品种类。
Toy Story Hotel guests can enter Lotso Shop to purchase Special Merchandise during store operation time by presenting their registered Government ID upon check in. Cast Members will validate the registered Government ID and ensure it matches that of the person redeeming the Purchase Chance. After completing all the verification mentioned above, guests can enter the store to purchase. Guests making the purchase in store on the same day will have an equal opportunity to purchase, and the order or time of entry into the store will not affect the types of products available.
每间房间入住一晚将获得一次购买机会，购买权益与入住房型及宾客人数无关。如宾客入住多晚，将享有多次购买权益（入住两晚，享受两次购买权益，以此类推）。大熊百货活动期间内每天所售卖的特选商品的种类可能不同，并会根据运营情况调整。每次每款特选商品限购一件。
Guests staying in one room for one night can enjoy one purchase chance regardless of the room type and the number of guests in the room. If guests are staying for several nights, they can enjoy multiple purchase chances over their stay (two purchase chances for a two-night stay and so on). The types of products may vary in Lotso Shop and will be adjusted by operation during the event. Guests can purchase up to one item per design.
该权益仅可于住宿当天至次日商店营业时间内使用，不可提前使用，不可重复使用，未使用的购买权益不可累计。特选商品购买权益次数以实际入住房晚为准，若发生提前退房，宾客将被要求退回相应房晚已使用权益所购买的特选商品。
The purchase chance can be redeemed on the day of occupancy and next day during store operation hours but cannot be redeemed in advance or more than once. An unredeemed chance cannot be accumulated. The actual purchase chance times depends on the number of nights the guest is staying at the hotel, and guests will be required to refund the purchased select products with the actual room nights they check out in advance.
此权益仅限玩具总动员酒店酒店登记宾客本人在入住期间使用，不可转让、转售、交换或者兑换现金。年卡商品类折扣适用，仅限酒店宾客本人的年卡。
This Special Merchandise Hotel Guest Exclusive Purchase Chance can only be used by registered Toy Story Hotel guests during their stay. The Purchase Chance is non-transferrable, non-resalable, non-exchangeable and non-cashable. Annual Pass merchandise discounts will apply and hotel guests are required to use their own Annual Pass merchandise discounts when they purchase select merchandise in Lotso Shop.
