Main ingredients are mountain vegetables, wild boar, venison and river fish such as sweetfish, red-spotted masu trout and rainbow trout. You can try both Kaiseki meal ( traditional Japanese meal style ) and Nabe ( hot-pot dishes ). On the hot summer days you can enjoy BBQ or Japanese dishes at streambed. In autumn we offer dishes cooked with pine mushroom and maybe you can enjoy snow viewing while eating at irori fireplace on winter. Complete with Washlet toilet beside the lobby and in some of the guest rooms. You can take your choice of guest rooms with Washlet toilet and prefabricated bath or bathtub. Guest rooms are Japanese-style room or combination of Japanese & Western-style room with one semi-double bed. Offer gender-segregated bath and 3 to 4 shower stands are available.
