1. the room was very cold
2. there is no privacy at all, while there are several windows without curtains
3. although some windows equipped with curtains, the curtains are just translucent, which means people outside can still look into the room
4. there are no beds, but just two mattress put onto the floor
5. there is no washing machine
6. the room is not cheap comparing with other accommodations in the area, to summarize, cp value is low

Thank you for choosing our accommodation. We apologize for any inconvenience caused during your stay.
We also appreciate for your feedback. Based on your feedback, we have improved the air conditioning and privacy of the rooms.
This accommodation is designed for guests to stay as if they were living in the town. We consider using the facilities in the town such as laundry and cafes is an extension of the stay. Therefore as for washing machine, we offer guest to use the shared laundry which is 5 mins from the accommodation (these information are written in the manual.)
We hope you will have the opportunity to visit Akita, and Gojyome town again.
