If you are staying in your room after 10:00 am, Please hang the "Do not Disturb" card out side the door or call the front clerk.
The last room cleaning acceptance is 1:00 pm
If there is a "Do not Disturb" Card out on the door, new towels and bath amenity sets will be placed down before the door.

Large Trash (Suitcases and electronics) cannot be thrown away here at the hotel. We ask for all guests to take them with you.
To go to your room, please hold up your room card key to the card reader inside the elevator before pushing the designated room floor.
If any guests are going down to the 1st floor entrance from 1:00 am to 6:00 am, please hold up your room card key to the card reader. If the guest do not have a room card key with them, please call a staff from the intercom.
There is a free breakfast on the 2nd floor.(6:30 am - 9:30 am)
For those who are staying with us can enjoy bread, onigiri, salad, fruits, soup, etc.

Put the room card key into the card holder located near the entrance.
Please do not forget to take out the card before going out of the room.
If the card key is not taken out, there is a chance of room cleaning not being done.
For children under elementary, bed-sharing with an adult is available. There is no additional fee. However, please understand that there will not be towels and tooth brushes ready for the child who will share the bed.
The tap in the bathroom can be used as drinking water.

・If there is smoke, have your body low as possible, wet a towel and cover your mouth with it. Please evacuate to the opposite emergency exit the smoke is coming from.
・Please shut the room door when evacuating.
(This will prevent fire and smoke to spread.)
・Calm down and listen for instruction from the staff.
・Please do not use the elevator.
・Open up all the doors and windows for evacuation route.
・Protect your head from furniture and objects falling.
・Call the Front clerk immediately. If the phone does not work, use flashlights or bed covers to show you are still there from the window and wait for a contact.
・To prevent fire or smoke from coming in, use wet sheets or towels to cover any gaps and wait for a rescue to come.
