To customers who plan to make reservations or have already made reservations. Due to the Tohoku Earthquake in Japan, there may be hotels within the quake area that cannot be contacted. Therefore there may be hotels that have not received notices for reservations made after 3/11.
For accommodations in the quake areas, please confirm beforehand to the hotel whether your reservation was processed. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.
To cancel your reservation, please proceed from your `My reservation` page or directly contact your hotel.
Cancel policies at the time you made your reservation will apply, however depending on the hotels, special cancel policies may be applied for cancellations made due to the effect from the earthquake.
